The Great Cat Transport: new videos!

Ronen will be sending me his pictures and video this week and I’ll get them uploaded as soon as I get them. In the meantime, I’ve finally discovered how to upload the videos I took (uploading via movie maker works like a charm to youtube but trying to upload them manually via my account fails every time).

Here is part 1 of the Great Cat Transport: Leaving Israel

The area where the cats are being loaded, is that the cargo area or the passenger area?
Do you have any video footage of the wonderful meals that you all were served?

  2. Tiger Mike says :

So, that co-pilot, was he 12 or 13 years old? He didn’t look over 14!

Ema, that is the front passenger area where we put the cats. There were four seats at the front of the plane, then the sofa, then four more seats, then the kitchen. I didn’t get any vids of the meals but they were all amazing — that fruit plate was the appetizer for breakfast.

Tiger Mike — lol, yeah he was a baby! In fact, all four of our pilots and co-pilots were very young, the oldest was 26! They all went to flight school directly out of high school. Our first co-pilot, the one in the video, was the best, so sweet. He came back every couple of hours to check to see how the cats were faring.

So, as the cats made their ‘Exodus’ from Eretz Yisrael, did Ronan give them 2 tablets?

[sorry, sorry sorry. Sometimes this happens. I think I channel my dad’s weird sense of humour!]

    • Lynne says :

Chairwoman, if Ronen had left any tablets here, I believe I’d have taken them myself. These cats are challenging! 🙂

  5. chairwoman says :

Do they understand English, or are they Ivrit comprehending only?

    • Lynne says :

Chairwoman, Yaeli says that they are cats but I suspect that they are Tasmanian Devils. They are in to everything (Missy disconnected all the ducts and hook-ups to my dryer). They are hyper and curious, but they are a lot of fun, too. They keep me laughing all day!

  6. israeliminx says :

Chairwoman — they are ivrit speakers with the exception of Mischa (who is still with me) and he is a German speaker 🙂
